Dr. Kim provides program integration support and technical expertise that spans across multiple IPTs and disciplines for the GPS program office since 2008. Over the years he has developed innovative analytical tools to provide program managers insight into cost, schedule, risk, and technical performance with ties to contractual requirements as well as identifying funding disconnects and future needs. He has tackled a broad range of projects from developing acquisition strategies for Major Acquisition Programs, proposal reviews of Cost Plus and Fixed Price contract types and worked with multiple teams from development of the requirements for Request for Proposal (RFP) to contract award. Dr. Kim continues to support GPS III/IIIF and RGPS with a passion to solve problems, to assist leadership make sound decisions, and to help government counterparts reach their full potential.
