Dr.  Anderson is a seasoned results-oriented engineering leader with 36 years of experience in technology research, product development, systems engineering, and management in support of the United States Air Force. He is skilled in problem solving, program creation and enhancement, team building, program management, international relations, and strategic planning.  Sought after for his GPS and PNT subject matter expertise.  Since 2013, he has been a Senior Researcher at Canyon Consulting supporting advanced PNT research at Air Force Research Laboratory Space Vehicles Directorate.  He initiated or supported several key programs while there, including the Chimera Signal Authentication Protocol, NTS-3 Signals Research, and the Lightweight Satnav program.
