He has provided program, financial, and technical management of multiple engineering tasks for highly visible defense programs including satellite integration and test, ground software development, SmallSat development, systems engineering, high altitude balloons, and technology growth. During his career, Mr. Dolbey has held other technical and management positions such as Hardware/Software Engineer, Lead Embedded System Integrator, Department Manager, Division Vice President, and Corporate General Manager. His R&D engineering experience spans such diverse areas as space technology, satellite systems, airborne radar systems, airborne electronic warfare systems, ground radar systems, airborne avionic systems, and torpedo guidance systems.
